I'm looking forward to having some street food, but I don't know much about Vietnamese cuisine beyond pho and omlettes so I'm looking forward to learning. Hugh would like to add he's looking forward to his pate sandwich for breakfast tomorrow (from the street vendor outside!)

Vietnam? I'm envious! We're planning to go in 3 years so The Little Empress can meet her Vietnamese relatives. The street food in Vietnam is supposed to be great. Each region of Vietnam has really distinctive cuisine.
